Abner married 1st, 19 Dec. 1838, Henry County, Va., to Nancy Minter, dau. of Silas Minter and Nancy Stultz.

(William R. Bouldin, a son of William H. Bouldin, married Nannie Elizabeth Richardson, dau. of Abner Richardson and Nancy Minter, all originally from Henry County, Va.) Nannie and William moved to Texas and died there.

Mr. Abner Richardson, aged about 90 years, and one of Henry Countys' oldest inhabitants, died at his home near Dyers' Store, on Sunday afternoon and was buried on Tuesday.
Among Mr. Richardsons' sons are Messrs. Logan P. and Geo. Richardson of Dyers' Store, and among his grand children are Mr. Stover Richardson of Danville and Mrs. Jno. R. Bondurant and Mrs. J. T. Flippen, Martinsville.
