She was born June 17, 1929 in Sandyville, WV.
Services will be held Monday, November 8, at 11:00 AM, at College Avenue Church of the Nazarene, in Whittier. A graveside service will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park at 2:00 PM.
She is survived by her husband: Cliff Banks, three daughters; Sandra Feraone, Vicky Stith and Pam Neal, two sisters: Lorene "Lu" Hall and Eula "Yo" Emons, and 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her twin brother: Lawrence Coen, in 1932, and a daughter: Carol Banks, in 2010. Under the direction of Community Funeral Service.
