Their children were William Linneaus Browning, 1901-1902; buried at Placer. Emil Robert Gehail Browning, b. 1 July 1905, Grants Pass, Josephine County, Oregon; d. 2 November 1979, Lebanon Hospital, Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon; buried 6 November 1979, IOOF Cemetery, Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon. Emil Browning was my father - all three of his names were from members of his mother's family; he died after a short battle with cancer.

Emil Browning married Bessie "Betty" Marie Richardson, b. 28 October 1904, Macon County, Illinois; d. 14 February 1968, Good Samaritan Hospital, Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon; buried at Riverview Abbey, Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon. She was Bessie to her Richardson relatives and Betty to the Brownings and Trimbles. She was the youngest of 12 children.

Emil and Bessie Browning had 2 children: Emil Richard Browning, b. 12 September 1934, Grants Pass, Josephine County, Oregon; d 13 September 1934, Grants Pass, Josephine County, Oregon; buried Hillcrest Memorial Park, Grants Pass, Josephine County, Oregon. Emilie Joan Browning, b. 18 November 1935; living. Married Joseph John Thomas and we have 5 grown children.

Mary Ellen Trimble Browning married a second time to Samuel Maurice Leonard. They had 5 children."
