Harry Richard Totten wa born 6 Feb 1919 in Grassrange, Fergus, Montana, the son of Harry Leroy Totten and Elverna Higbee. He was married 24 Jun 1939 in North Bend, King, Washington to Violet Joyce McKean. He and Joyce and four children. He worked in the vending machine industry in California and Oregon. He died 24 Feb 1997 and his ashes were scattered in the river he used to fish at.

Harry R. Totten, 64, of Graham, died Aug. 6. Born in Grass Range, Mont., he moved to Graham in 1982 from John Day, Ore. A retired truck driver, he was a Methodist.
Besides his wife, Joyce, survivors include two sons, Edwin of Redmond, Ore., and Gordon of San Antonio, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Ivan (Delaine) Morris of Eugene, Ore., and Mrs. Gary (Cathie) Cord of Long Beach, Calif.; a brother, John of Fullerton, Calif.; four sisters, Alice Mackie of San Jose, Calif. Edith Boles of Lakeside, Ore., Elsie Thompson of Federal Way and Margie Ragnoni of Stephenville, Texas; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services were directed by Fir Lane Funeral Home.
