Funeral services for Mrs. Kathleen Nobles Eubanks, 85, are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Mollie McGee officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Eubanks, a resident of Bastrop, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2010. She was an active charter member of Memorial United Methodist Church and a twenty year Morehouse Parish School System cafeteria worker retiree at East Side Elementary and Bastrop Jr. High.
She is preceded in death by her husband John H. Eubanks.
Mrs. Eubanks is survived by her two sons, Ronald Eubanks and his wife Paulette of Bastrop, Wendell Eubanks and his wife Susan of West Monroe; four grandchildren, Will Eubanks of Swartz, Robert Eubanks and his wife Holly of Madison, MS, Erin Eubanks Hinton and her husband Hugh of West Monroe, Hope Harper Brady and her husband Melton of Monroe; five great grandchildren, Sheila, Connor, and John Carter Eubanks, and Tyler and Allison Evans; two sisters, Dovie Gandy and Connie Burrows; three brothers, James "Bo Bo" Nobles, Harvey Nobles, and Ronald Nobles.
Serving as pallbearers will be grandsons Will Eubanks, Robert Eubanks, Tyler Evans, Melton Brady, Hugh Hinton, and nephew Todd Nobles.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday, November 1, 2010.
