Charlotte L. Fisher, 78, of Decatur died 1:15 p.m. Friday July 2, 1993 in Decatur. Mrs. Fisher was born June 27, 1914 in Decatur, the daughter of Newell and Gertrude Lane Utterback. She married Leon J. Fisher in 1931. He died in 1981. Surviving are her son, Johnny L. Fisher of Argenta; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and one daughter.
