Mrs. Nannie Linn Succumbs After Short Illness
Mrs. Nannie Linn, 73 years of age, died at her home near McCondy Thursday evening, following an attack pneumonia of only a few days' duration.
Mrs. Linn was greatly beloved by her friends and neighbors who appreciated her many exceptionally fine characteristics. For a number of years she was a devoted member of the Methodist Church.
The funeral was held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock in the Methodist church in McCondy, followed by interment in the McCondy cemetery. Rev. McKibben, pastor of the church officiating, assisted by Rev. Bradley and Rev. Wright, pastor of the Methodist and Baptist churches of West Point.
Mrs. Linn is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ewing Miller, of Abbott, three sons, W J and Ed, of Trebloc and C C Linn of Houston; two sisters, Mrs. Joel Smith, of McCondy, and Mrs. Fannie Miller, of Una.
