FUNERAL TUESDAY FOR E. F. GROW

Funeral services for Everette Francis Grow, 73, of Lilly Highland Addition of Mabscott, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Melton Mortuary Chapel by the Rev. Luther M. Marks of Boomer.

Burial will be in the Davis Addition of the Mount Tabor Cemetery.

Grow died at his residence at 10:40 p.m. Saturday after being ill since last August. Death was attributed to a heart condition.

Born at Richmond, Va. on June 14, 1885, he was the son of the late William and Fannie Francis Grow. He was married to Lala Pennington on Nov. 13, 1916. Living in Raleigh County his entire life, he had resided in Mabscott for the past 13 years. He attended the Christian Church. Grow was a carpenter. He was employed by Jess Lamb until his retirement in 1958.

Other survivors include a daughter Mrs. Jess Stewart of Cranberry; two sons, James E. of Beckley, and William Everette of Tustin, Calif.; and six grandchildren.

The body will remain at the Melton Mortuary until the funeral hour.
