MRS. ARMINTA McCLISH.
Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Arminta McClish, of 1318 Foster avenue, Toledo.
The deceased was a daughter of John and Harriet Moffit and was born in Blanchard township. Her husband died several years ago.
Four sons survive. August of Leipsic, John of California, Earl and Nelson of Toledo, besides two sisters, Mrs. Nancy Wineman of Gilboa and Mrs. Alice Kurtz of Forest, and two half brothers and two half sisters, David Moffit of Ashtabula, O., John Moffit of Gilboa, Hattie Compton of Independence, Kas., and Nora Moffit of Seattle, Wash.
Funeral services will be held at the Clymer church, west of Mt. Cory, Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock. Burial to be made in the Clymer cemetery.
Updates. Oct 2018 - changed day of birth from 30 to 31 May 1847. This matches the grave inscription, plus the date if using age on death certificate and date of death. For some reason, the certificate gives born on 30 May 1847, not consistent with inscription nor age at death.
