WILLIAM OLIVER WILSON

William Oliver Wilson was born December 13, 1866 in Hog Mountain, Gwinnett County, Georgia to Elijah Henry Wilson and Martha Ann Wilson. He died July 29, 1957 in Center, Shelby County, Texas. Death Certificate # 46039. Notice that the year of birth 1867 has been written in and is incorrect. All other records show that he was born in 1866. He was 90 years old at the time of his death.

William was the grandson of:

James Jefferson Wilson & Nancy Threlkeld
William Alfred Wilson & Assenath King

As a child he grew up in a large, very loving family. At some point in life, he became a Watchmaker. He repaired clocks and sold jewelry. He also built the first brick store in Center, Shelby County, Texas.
