PNEUMONIA RESULTS IN DEATH OF WOMAN
Mrs. Lucy Fuhs died this noon at 12:17 o'clock at Mercy hospital after a short illness. She had been ill for a week with pneumonia and had been at the hospital since Sunday.
Mrs. Fuhs was born in Springvale, Fond du Lac county, Jan 30,1865. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. J.M. Bousfield and was married to Edward Fuhs in 1897. He passed away in 1914. For the last 30 years she had resided on a farm near Allenville, Wis.
Survivors are three sons, Loyal Fuhs of Portland, Ore.; Clarence Fuhs of Oshkosh; and Warren Fuhs of Allenville; and two brothers, Anthony Bousfield of Hurley, SD; and George Bousfield of this city. Also surviving are four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Fuhs was a member of the Ladoga Methodist church.
Funeral services will be held at the Mallery & Arheiger funeral home, corner of Church and Light streets, Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Noah L. Bess, pastor of the First Methodist church, will officiate. Friends may view the remains at the funeral home Saturday evening and until the time of the services.

FUHS -- Funeral services for Mrs. Lucy Fuhs were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Mallery & Arheiger funeral home, corner of Church and Light streets. The Rev. Noah L. Bess, pastor of the First Methodist church, officiated. Selections were sung by Mrs. Clara Schmidt Luck and Mrs. J.W. Kircher. The pallbearers were Henry Mahrone, Samuel Greenman, Fred James, John Perry, Lamont Evans, and Thomas Davis. The body was placed in the receiving vault at Riverside cemetery for burial at Allenville in spring.
