CHARLESTON -- The funeral for Charles Richard "Dick" Bails was held Saturday afternoon at the First Christian Church in Charleston with Rev. Dr. Mark Prevo and Pastor Mike Southards officiating. Eulogies were given by Grant, Paul and Sheila Blair and Alice Smith.
Kelsi Snider signed to "Shout To The Lord". The organist, Linda Brian, accompanied the congregation in singing "Blessed Assurance" and "How Great Thou Art".
Pallbearers were Grant, Paul and Tom, Bob Cox, Brian Smith and Kevin Snider. The honorary pallbearer was Larry Lovell.
