Son of Seaborn Randolf Hodges and Elizabeth Ann Hendrix, both buried in the Anderson Church Cemetery, Collins, Tattnall Co., GA; Sect. C1C. Seaborn is my 2nd cousin 3x removed.

Seaborn first married Susan C. Brewton, daughter of Jonathan Bacon Brewton and Margaret Everett, both buried in section H6 of this cemetery.

They were married 10 Nov 1880 in Tattnall Co., GA and had the following children all born in Tattnall Co., GA:

1. Arbella Lenora Hodges, b. 15 Aug 1881
2. Hardie Everette Hodges, b. 23 May 1883; d. 05 Mar 1949, married to Lucille Sally Bowen (5 children, both buried in section C4 of this cemetery.

3. John Wesley Hodges, Sr., b. 09 Jun 1885; d. 22 May 1969, married to Alma Hilton, both buried in section C4 of this cemetery in the Hardie Everette Hodges plot.

Seaborn then married Eliza Ann Collins, 22 May 1887, a daughter of John Deacon Collins and Mary Ann Kennedy, Cedar Creek Church Cemetery, Cobbtown, Tattnall Co., GA; sect. B1.

They had the following children all born in Tattnall Co., GA:

5. Florence "Florrie" Julia Hodges, b. 09 Aug 1895; d. 28 Jun 1991, buried in Section F6 of this cemetery in the Seaborn Lafayett Hodges plot.

6. Margaret Elizabeth "Bessie" Hodges, b. 26 Jun 1897; d. 06 Mar 1963, buried in section F6 of this cemetery in the Seaborn Lafayett Hodges plot.
