To Orilla Beman, Adellie Nelson aad Theodosia Nelson of Attica, Wyoming Co. N.Y: Charles G. Collins of Marquette, Marquette Co., Mich.: Olive Brown and Susan Gregory, of East Trumbull, and Harriet Nevison of Rock Creek, Ashtabula Co., O.: Adella Lansing and Horace Nevins of Chilicothe, Ross Co., O.: Rose Armstrong and Antonette Russell of York, Livingston Co. N.Y.: Alice Crowley of Sparta Center, Kent Co., Mich; Lucy Van Ess (sic) and Loren Bostwick whose places of residence after diligent enquiry cannot be ascertained; and the heirs at law and next of kin of Olive Van Epps, deceased, whose names and places of residence after diligent inquiry cannot be ascertained; and the heirs at law and next of kin to Lewis Collins late of the town of Attica in the county of Wyoming, deceased: Whereas, Patience Collins, executrix named in the last will and testament of the saw Lewis Collins, deceased, has applied to our surrogate of said county of Wyoming to have the will of the said Lewis Collins, deceased, which relates to both real and personal estate, proved and admitted to probate; you, and each of you, are therefore hereby cited and required to appear before the said surrogate, at his office in the village of Warsaw, in said county of Wyoming, on the 17th day of August, A. D. 1874 at ten o'clock In the forenoon of that day, to attend the proof and probate of said will.

In testimony whereof, we have caused
the seal of the Surrogate's Court of said
county of Wyoming to be hereunto affixed.
