Mrs. Brumett was born in Nancy, KY., a daughter of George and Frances Doss Collins. She was a member of Piney Grove Church, Nancy, KY.
She married William M. Brumett on Dec. 20, 1911, in Clinton, IL.
Surviving are a son, Bernice Brumett of Ballwin, MO.; and a brother, Essel Collins of Warrensburg.
One brother preceded her in death.
Bertha is buried on the North side of her husband William with no marker.
