The son of David Shawn & Deborah K. (Roth) Bentley of Broken Arrow OK. He was born in Tahlequah at the Indian Hospital. He attended several schools and Job Corps, where he received his drivers license and plumbers certificate. At 18 years of age, Chris became a father to a son, Diego Christoper Montana Bentley. Chris' own parents divorced when he was young, and he located his estranged father, David, in 2004. It was then that he discovered he had 2 half sisters, Andrea and Kaiti. He lived with both his parents between 2004-2007, and had recently worked at WalMart. Chris was involved in a car wreck on July 27, 2007. He and his cousin Ribbon were traveling together at the time of the accident. Ribbon was injured and Chris was taken to St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma by LifeFlight, where he died from his injuries on August 1. He was buried in Vernon Cemetery in Coweta on August 7th. He left behind his parents, his son, and many friends.
