Born in West Jefferson, N.C., she was a daughter of the late Rev. Arthur C. Ashley and Mollie Williams Ashley.
Mrs. Bull was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Charles W. Bull of Caribou, Ma., and Paul E. Bull of Bel Air; two daughters, Peyton Niswonger of Aberdeen and Anna Mae Jarrett of California; four brothers, Claude W. Ashley, Arthur Ashley, Jr. both of West Jefferson, N.C., Worth Ashley of Bel Air and Roger Ashley of Aberdeen; four sisters, Mary Testerman of West Jefferson, N.C., Mae Abraham of Havre de Grace, Camille Thomas of Charlotte, N.C., and Patricia Hitchcock of Street and three grandchildren.
Friends were received Wednesday, June 3, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Tarring Funeral Home, P.A., Aberdeen.
Mass of Christian burial will be held today, Thursday, June 4, at 10 a.m. in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Aberdeen, where she was a member, with Rev. Francis P. Wagner and Rev. Joseph C. Martin officiating.
Interment will be in Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
Serving as pallbearers will be Thomas Abraham, Alan Abraham, Dale Niswonger, Mark Ashley, Arnold Hitchcock and Michael Hitchcock.
