Wilhelmina C. "Minie" PAULETT, born in Georgia, died in Campbell County (now Fulton County) Georgia; married 27 DEC 1857 in Campbell County, Georgia, to William ADERHOLD. She was born in Georgia and died in Campbell County, Georgia. Mother of nine children.
"William ADERHOLD was postmaster of the Sandtown community of Campbell County (Maud, Georgia, in the 1870s). His wife Wilhelmine was the daughter of Henry & Catherine (SMITH) PAULETT, who moved from Clarke to Campbell COunty in the late 1820s. Henry PAULETT was the son of Richard PAULETT, a Revolutionary War veteran born in Virginia in 1753, died in Campbell County in 1835." From an account believed to have been compiled by Henley CAMPBELL and sent to me (jml) in 1993 by Lee CAMPBELL of Lincolnshire, IL. This document is reproduced in the "ADRHOLD/T Collection," by William Bailey CASH (self-published: Denver, CO, 1997), Book II, Volume III, pp. 601-02.
Grave monument shows spelling "Willhelmine;" transcription of marriage record shows "Wilhelmina;" the "ADERHOLD/T Collection," by William Bailey CASH (1997) shows spelling "Wilhelmine" (Book III, Volume II, p. 454) - however, this work includes a document apparently compiled by Henley CAMPBELL that uses the spelling "Willhelmine" (pp. 601-02).
