Dies At Home of Niece; Funeral To Be Held Today
Mrs. Mary Alice Terry, 85, died at the residence of her niece, Mrs. C. R. McCorkle, 5016 Colonial Drive, at 2:55 yesterday morning after several days of illness.
She was born in Westville, the daughter of the late Judson Young and Martha Russell Young.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Lula McDowell of Rock Hill; and one brother, C. T. Young of North Carolina; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Beaver Creek Baptist Church near Heath Springs at 4 o'clock this afternoon, with the interment following in the church yard. The body will remain at Talbert's funeral home until 10 o'clock.
