In this town, on Wednesday evening, the 12th inst., JOHN M. DOBBIN, Esq., one of our most respected and valuable citizens and merchants. For twenty-five years past, during which he has resided in this place, he has filled the various relations of life, with the entire confidence and affection of those who have known him.
