John Jefferson Burrow was the oldest son of Rev. Banks Mitchum Burrow and Mary Blanchard. He married Eliza Snell ca 1832 in Tennessee. Children: Parmento S., Napoleon B., Banks M., Mary H., John W., Harriet E., Eliza, George H., Nancy S., Phillip, Miranda, James, Abner S., and Catherine (only George H. and Harriet E. survived to adulthood).
