Born in Franklin county, she had lived in McComb 28 years. Mrs. Allen died at her home Thursday night after a long illness.
She leaves three daughters, Mrs. Willie Martin, Mrs. Earl Gronstrom and Miss Mary Allen; four sons, L. E., B. F., J. B., Jr., and Virgil Allen, all of McComb; a sister, Mrs. Owen McDonald, Conhatta, Miss., and a brother, the Rev. W. T. Woodard, Island, La. Burial will be in Hollywood cemetery, McComb.
