He was born May 15, 1889, in Harrisville, W. Va., the son of Frank and Phoebe McDonald Goff and had resided here most of his life. Mr. Goff was a retired carpenter.
Survivors include two sons, Austus, with whom he made him home, and Gordon S. of Miami Beach, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. Wanda Grasaglio of Enon and Mrs. Hilma Berg of Arcadia, Calif.; 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
His body was taken to the Littleton Funeral Home where friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home in charge of the Rev. George Groh, pastor of the Emery Chapel United Methodist Church.
Burial will be in the Newcomers Cemetery.
