Mrs. W.H. Stanfield, Glennville

GLENNVILLE, Ga., Sept. 15- Mrs. Alef E. Stanfield, aged 66, widow of W.H. Stanfield, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J.A. Baxter, at 3 o'clock this evening. She had been ill for two months. She is survived by three daughters and five sons, Mrs. J.A. Baxter, Glennville, Mrs. W.R. Robinson, Waycross, Mrs. H.P. Howard, Ft. Green, Fla., and R.G. Stanfield, Winter Haven, Fla., Z.R. Stanfield, Yukon, Fla., T.L. Stanfield, Savannah, C.H. and Grady Stanfield, Glennville, and nineteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. C.H. Dawson, Glennville and four brothers, R.W. Anderson, Glennville; R.C. Anderson, Brunswick; R.J. Anderson, Odum and M.C. Anderson, Waycross.

The funeral and interment will take place Wednesday afternoon at 4 o'clock from the Watermelon Creek church conducted by Rev. O.B. Rustin and Rev. J.S. Davidson.

The pallbearers will be six nephews, Nolan Stanfield, Marcus Stanfield, Russell Anderson, Millard Anderson, William Anderson, and Ben F. Anderson.
