Mary E. Willey, 67, of Sproul died at 10:10 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, 1984, at Nason Hospital, following a brief illness.

Mrs. Willey retired from Saf-T-Bak in 1979 after nine years' service.

She was born July 5, 1917, in South Woodbury Township, Bedford County, the daughter of George W. and Cora E. (Dively) Reffner, and Aug. 14, 1937, in Fairmont, W. Va., married Edward Bruce Willey, who died Feb. 24, 1963.

Surviving are seven children, Charles E. Reffner of Everett, Burl R. of New Paris RD 1, Merl E. and Bruce E. of Martinsburg, Mrs. Charles (Rose Ann) Steward of Bedford, James S. of State College and Mrs. Michael (Carol A.) Imler of Claysburg, 24 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
