Margaret Trump Reddick's birth name was Anna Margareth Trump.

Researchers believe her father Hance Adam Trumpt was born in Germany and came to America on the ship Adventure which arrived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September, 1732;Her mother is believed to be Anna Maria Wetzel born in 1733 in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Baptism records show that she had two sisters Anna Barbara Trump born Aug. 10, 1761 and Anna Maria Trump born Oct 18, 1763.

After the American Revolutionary War, Margaret Trump married William Reddick in Lebanon, Pennsylvania on September 1784 or 1785. They were married by a Presbyterian Minister, Rev. Stoury. After their marriage they continued to live in Lebanon, Pennsylvania for approximately 19 years and in Clermont County, Ohio for about 9 years. In 1824 their son Joshua who was now living in Lawrence Township, Marion County, Indiana with his brother Elisha came back to Clermont, Ohio to help William, Margaret and sisters to move to Indiana. Margaret and William lived in Marion County, Indiana until William's death in October 1831. After William's death Margaret moved to Clinton County, Illinois where she lived another 28 years. She died of milk sickness at the age of 93.

She was a wife, mother and grandmother of true American pioneers, American Revolutionary and Civil War patriots.
