Kathryn June Acton (1928 - 2010)
Kathryn June Acton, age 82, born March 17, 1928 in Tonkawa, OK to Enos and Jennie Hallock, passed away Oct. 1, 2010 in Globe, AZ.
She moved to Globe in 1957. She lived here for 28 years before moving back to Oklahoma. She worked as a cook for the Justa Cafe at that time. She enjoyed being with her family and grandchildren. She also liked to spend time in the garden planting flowers and weeding. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband John Acton.
Kathryn is survived by her daughters Sandra Bay of Bullhead City, AZ, vicki Aguilar(Peter) and Donna Jo Acton of Globe, AZ, her son Terry Acton of Kansas as well as 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchildren.
The memorial service will be held Oct. 9 at 1:00 pm at Central Heights Baptist Church followed by the interment at Memory Lane Cemetery in Anadarko, OK. The family requests memorial contributions be made to:
