Eleanor Albert, 72, of 945 Circle Drive, Manitowoc, died Saturday afternoon,
April 27th, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center.
Private immediate family services will be held Tuesday, April 30th, 10 a.m. at
the Pfeffer Funeral Home. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
She was born April 9, 1919, in Wausau, Wis., daughter of the late Joseph and
Emma Pitcher Matte. She married Elmer Albert on October 24, 1942, in Milwaukee,
Wis. She was employed at Mirro Aluminum Co. for many years until her retirement.
Eleanor was a member of the Manitowoc Senior Center.
Survivors include her husband, Elmer, of Manitowoc; one son and daughter-in-law,
Russell and Myra Albert of Cleveland; a daughter and son-in-law, Ruth and David
Stehula of Two Rivers; a brother and sister-in-law, Walter and Glayds Matte of
Manitowoc; four grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She
was also preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters and one granddaughter.
There will be no Monday evening visitation. A memorial has been established in
her name.
