DAMMEIER, Helen Peacefully on Friday, December 31, 2010 at Heritage House, St. Jacobs. Helen (Eydt) Dammeier age 93 years formerly of Linwood has now joined her husband Earl who predeceased her in 1987. Loving mother of Joyce and Tony Gerth of Waterloo, and Bruce and Donna Dammeier of Linwood. Dear grandma of Rob (Tiffany) Dammeier, Jen Mifflin, Roger (Julie) Dammeier, Jeff (Colleen) Dammeier, Sherry (Bill) Taylor, and great-grandma of Cassandra and Jordan, Tyson and Kennedy, Cassidy and Logan and Dylan. Sister and sister-in-law of Florence Moser, Pearl (Fred) Zarnke, Alma Eydt, and Art Hackbart. Also remembered by her many nieces, nephews and their families. Pre- deceased by her parents George and Mary Anne (Neeb) Eydt, her son Neil (2002), her brothers Gordon and Melvin, sister Vera Hackbart, and brother-in-law Gilbert Moser. The family will receive their friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home , Elmira today, January 3, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Linwood on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Mark Urquhart officiating followed by interment in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Linwood. In her memory, donations to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Linwood or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
