Funeral at Poseyville Saturday Morning--Lived in Ingersoll 36 years
William Franklin, of Poseyville died at his home Wednesday, Sept. 8, aged 60 years, 2 months, and 15 days.
Deceased was born in Canada, June 24, 1855, coming to Midland county and settling in Ingersoll 36 years ago. Besides the widow, he is survived by five sons, Herman, Elmer, Melvin, Benjamin and Nelson and two daughters, Mrs. James Anger and Miss Dora Franklin, all of Ingersoll township and three brothers, A. J. Franklin of Ingersoll, Edmund of Detroit and John of Midland, and two sisters, Mrs. J. D. Smith of Detroit and Mrs. Andrew McGraw of Fordwich, Ontario.
The funeral will be held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock from the M.E. church, Poseyville, Rev. Thomas Marsh officiating with burial in the Poseyville cemetery.
