Loving husband of 49 years to Margaret. Beloved father of Karin (Bryan) VanTilburg, Craig (Lisa) and Kevin (Amanda). Proud grandfather of Gavin, Sarah, Nathan, Matthew, Avery and Brady. Step grandfather of Marshall and Connor. Also survived by his special cousins Sally and Suzy.
David served in the United States Navy. He loved the outdoors from hunting to spending time on Mackinac Island.
