Hazel loved quilting, crafts, gardening and fishing. She retired from General Electric and was a member of Rock Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son, Walter Johnson, JR of Morristown, TN; two daughters, Pat Bishop and Mary Gentry both of Jonesboro; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Lawrence and Oadis Gann.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter (Bud) Johnson, SR, a daughter, Kathy Jernigan, three brothers, Clyde, Johnnie, and Bill Gann, and one sister, Fannie Moore
Pallbearers were; Chris, Tim, and Stephen McQuay, David Bishop, Joshua Johnson, Jimmy Kellensworth.
Services were held at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home Chapel with Ray Broadaway officiating. The interment was in Pine Hill Cemetery.
