MRS. ROSE C. NEAL DIES
Mrs. Rose C. Neal, of 1319 Eighth street, Bedford, died at 10:05 o'clock this morning at Dunn Memorial Hospital where she was admitted Wednesday night. She was 79.
Mrs. Neal was born in Lawrence county on March 18, 1878, the daughter of George and Priscilla Sheeks Carr. She married Asa Neal in early life and he preceded her in
death in 1937.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Tanksley of Bedford; a son, Edwin Carr of South Bend; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. John Tyree of Bedford, and Mrs. Nora Wilson of Mitchell. Three children, Roy, Albert and Clyde Neal, all preceded her in death.
Mrs. Neal was a member of the Wesley Chapel Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Day & Carter Mortuary with Rev. E.
D. Riggs officiating. Burial will be in the Sheeks Cemetery.
The body is at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
