Thomas KENT was born in Co. Derry, Ireland. He served in the Revolutionary War joining in July 1776 near Harve de Grace, MD (Pension Application). He m. Ann RALSTON on 1 Nov 1778 in Cecil Co., MD (CECIL CO, MD MARR. LICENSES, 1777-1840) and they settled near Waynesburg, Greene Co, PA. He and his wife were originally buried in the Old Hookstown Cemetery.
NOTE: There is a photo floating out there claiming to be this Thomas Kent. It is NOT. This Thomas Kent died in 1835. The first photographs were not invented until 1839.
