MEDIAPOLIS - Funeral for Robert Eugene Woodsmall, 54, Mediapolis, who died Tuesday, Oct. 12, at Burlington Medical Center, will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, Fry Chapel, the Rev. Gene Gardiner; Kossuth Cemetery.
He was born March 3, 1928, at Mt. Pleasant, and married Anna Marie Bollinger Feb. 21, 1948, at Burlington.
Surviving: the wife; daughter Roberta Lathrop, Mediapolis; five sons, Ernest Eugene, Eldridge, Allen, Mediapolis, Roy, Burlington, David, Danville, and William, with the Navy at Corpus Christi, Texas; three brothers, Raymond, Wapello, Willis, Burlington, and Walter, Las Vegas, Nev.; a sister Marcille Frank, Coal Valley, Ill and six grandchildren.
