LAZENBY
Services are pending with West Funeral Home for Grigg Lazenby, 73, 614 W. Pierce St., who died Monday in a Lubbock hospital.
A resident of Carlsbad since 1928, he had been employed as a clerk at Lehman Paint Store since 1958. Prior to that he was employed by Pyratt-Smith Hardware and J.C. Penney. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Tom Middleton Bible Class, Downtown Lions and Eddy Lodge No. 21 AF and AM.
He was born in Bluffton, Ark. and raised in Yell County, Ark.
Survivors include the wife, Ruth, Carlsbad.
LAZENBY
Services for Grigg Lazenby will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Rodney Williams, assisted by L.B. Trone.
Burial will be in Carlsbad Cemetery. Pallbearers will be A.W. Weems, Hugh Crews, Bill Reeves, Randy Dickson, John R. Peters and Kenneth Cherry.
Masonic services will be conducted by members of Eddy Lodge No. 21, AF and AM. A lodge of sorrow will convene at the Masonic Temple at 9 a.m. Thursday.
West Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
