Funeral services for Mrs. Leona F. Lindley, 77, of Henry, formerly of Camp Grove, were held Monday, November 27, 1967 at 10:30 am in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Henry, with burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Camp Grove.
Mr. Lindley died Friday in St. Margaret’s Hospital, Spring Valley.
She was born June 9, 1890, in Peoria, the daughter of James and Lottie Hinthorn Bushawn. She was married in 1919 to Charles Lindley, who died in 1963.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Charles Kimbal of Sparland, Mrs. Dwayne Shurtz of Henry, Mrs. Robert McGarvey of Peoria and Mrs. Dan Schupbach of Edelstein; and three sons, Robert of Farmington, William of Peoria and Ronald of Camp Grove.
She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Henry, where services were held at 10 am Monday with burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Camp Grove, Visitation was in the Cox Memorial Home in Wyoming Sunday with recitation of the Rosary at 8 pm.
