Mary G. HARTZLER, 92, 328 Ninth St.. Rochester, died at 7:50 p.m. Monday at Woodlawn Hospital.
She was born in Rochester to Reuben and Edith UNGER GILLILAND, and lived here all of her life. She retired from Topps Manufacturing after 25 years. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, and a 55 year member of Rebekah Lodge. She was an avid gardener and specialized in growing roses which she shared with the community.
She is survived by one daughter Mrs. Richard (Mary Edith) McKEE, Rochester; two granddaugiters, Mrs. Jerry (Cheryl A.) BROWN, Rochester, Mrs. David (Jacqueline) DANHAUSER, Logansport; four great-granddaughters, Jennifer and Julie BROWN, Rochester. and Carmen and Kelsey DANHAUSER, Logansport. She was preceded in death by her parents, one slister Alice BAKER, and two brothers Geiger GILLILAND and William GILLILAND.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Foster & Good Funeral Home, Rochester, with the Rev. C. David HOGSETT officiating. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Rochester. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Grace United Methodist Church.
