From Owen Jones, 18 May 2014...
The truth is stranger than fiction - Ann Jones, Amos Benjamin Coomer Dickinson's wife, was the big sister of my great grandfather Major Jones (b. 1826 in Bath, NY). Major Jones' second wife was.... Fanny Dickinson. Fanny Dickinson was Amos B.C. Dickinson's niece; in other words, Samuel Dickinson's daughter.

The Frink, the Dickinson and the Jones family were all inextricably entwined in Steuben County, NY.

From Sarah Peacock...
Amos Dickinson was 77 years 5 mo 17 ds and wife Sarah has stone which is rotted off death date but name of Sarah on stone (age 78 6 m wife of Amos)

A letter I found in ancestry.com about Amos but because it comes from his other wifes family it be a bit biased. But intersting.

Amos is described in my grandfather's (Albert D. Dickinson) correspondence with relatives as being tall, with bright blue eyes and a full head of black hair. He was said to have a good sense of humor, and felt that the measure of a man was not material, but rather the way he navigated through this world and treated others. Because of this, at times he was taken advantage of, particularly by his second wife, Sarah, who saw to it that when he died, his land went not to his sons, but to her son from a previous marriage. Amos over the years had three strokes, the last of which ended his life. His wife would not take care of him after the second stroke, so he went to live with his daughter Lorena. While Nancy Coomer was warm and never hesitated to share her table with others, Sarah felt she had married below her station, in becoming Amos' 2nd wife.
