Francis X. McLaughlin, 80, of Morton, formerly of Media, died Sept. 30 at Springfield Hospital.

Born in Philadelphia, Mr. McLaughlin attended West Catholic Boys High School in Philadelphia and Villanova University.

He worked as a statistician for General Electric in Philadelphia.

Mr. McLaughlin was the son of the late Francis L. and Stella Cunning McLaughlin and the brother of the late Gerald McLaughlin.

Survivors: Brothers, Joseph McLaughlin, John R. McLaughlin.

Mass: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, Church of Nativity BVM, 30 E. Franklin St., Media.

Visitation: 10-10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, at the church.

Burial: Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon.
