Helen Marie "Trixie" Fasse, age 75, of Riley, KS, died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2010, in the Wroten House at the Meadowlark Hills Retirement Community in Manhattan, KS.
She was born July 6, 1935, at Manhattan, the daughter of Orion and Sarah (Pio) Clampitt.
Trixie was an antique dealer and had owned and operated the Calico Inn in Riley for 27 years before retiring in 2004.
She was married June 5, 1954 to Clyde Fasse at Westmoreland. He preceded her in death on June 30, 2005.
She is survived by one son, Doug Fasse of Riley; one sister, Judy Heikes of Riley; one sister-in-law, Darlene Buss of Leonardville; one granddaughter, one great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, at the Holmes-Pfeifley Funeral Home in Riley, with Pastor Kevin Larson officiating. Respect calls may be made anytimg Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Riley Cemetery east of Riley.
Memorials have been established for the Terry C. Johnson Center for Basic Cancer Research and Meadowlark Hills-Wroten House.
