Funeral services for Anton Bakken, 90, of New Richland, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in LeSueur River Lutheran Church, rural New Richland.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
A native of Norway, Mr. Bakken was born Jan. 30, 1877 to the late Olavus and Laura Bakken.
He died Wednesday of complications of advanced age.
Mr. Bakken and Mathilda Amlie were married in 1903 in Waseca County.
She preceded him in death. He was a farmer and a carpenter.
Surviving him are;
Daughter, Mrs. Hoffner( Helen) Olson of Minneapolis
Two sisters;
Mrs. Ida Halvorson of Geneva
Mrs. Olga Swenson of New Richland
Brother, Lewis Bakken in Waseca County.
