She was born on Sept. 11, 1925 in Kidder to Glenn and Hazel Setzer. On August 8, 1948, she married Marvin Bethel. Mildred and Marvin lived in Independence, Mo for a number of years and then moved to Kingston, Mo. She was a homemaker, a member of the Federated Church, the Community Betterment Committee, the Monday Club and the Home Culture Club, all of Kingston.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Ellen Lee Bethel Hay and an infant son.
Funeral services were held Saturday Dec. 28 at the Bram-Clark Funeral Chapel, Kingston, with burial at the Kingston Cemetery, Kingston, MO
