They had four children:
• Otho Avery Reeves (1873-1932)
• Henry Euclid Reeves (1874-1947)
• Eunice Reeves Howell (1877-1945)
• Ruby Reeves Rogers (1879-1955)
She then married Josephus Clark Formby on April 4, 1886 (2)
There were no children from this marriage.
On her headstone, the year of her birth is incorrectly stated as 1844.
Her older brother, Henry Clay Dickson, was born in May of 1844 and this is well documented. It is unlikely that Harriet could have been born three months later in August of 1844.
However, close examination of the 1850, 1860, and 1870 U.S. Federal Censuses indicates that her year of birth was 1848, shortly before her family migrated from Chambers County, Alabama to Lafayette County, Arkansas.
