Herman J. Roloff Jr., 89, of Peoria died Tuesday, July 29, 2003, at the home of his daughter in Peoria.
Born May 6, 1914, in Peoria to Herman Sr. and Minnie Knapp Roloff, he married Eileen Davison on Sept. 27, 1940, in Peoria. She died Aug. 1, 1985, in Peoria.
He also was preceded in death by one infant son, one grandson, six brothers and one sister.
Surviving are four daughters, Lois (and Leslie) Fichtner and Joan Foster, both of Peoria, Kay (and Danny) Marcy of Chillicothe and Jane Catton of Bartonville; and one son, John of East Peoria.
A member of the Teamsters, he was a truck driver for Roy Frietsch & Co. for many years, retiring in 1976.
Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
