Mrs. Carrie S. Doty, daughter of William A. and Mabel Caskey Fling of Richland, passed away Sunday afternoon, November 12. Mrs. Doty was born in Richland township February 12, 1883, and grew to young womanhood there, and where she married William Doty. For many years they resided in Idaho and five years ago Mrs. Doty came to live with and to care for her aged parents. Mrs. Doty was held in high esteem and besides her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Fling, and a large number of friends, her death is mourned by one son and one daughter, Clair L. Doty and Mrs. Irma [Wayne] Shelton, both of Windsor; two brothers, Sherman Fling of Memphis, Tenn., and Ogden Fling of Richland; three sisters, Mrs. Harry G. Storm of Ash Grove, Mrs. Howard O. Price of Shelbyville, and Mrs. S. M. Skeels of Idaho. Funeral services will be held at Richland church Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock. Interment will be in Richland cemetery. Rev. Guy W.
