She was born near Windsor, a daughter of William and May Belle Fling. She married Howard O. Price, Dec. 2, 1916. He had died September 10, 1971. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Shelbyville. Surviving were two sons, Paul and Robert; a daughter, Mrs. Henry [Lois] Buino; and three grandchildren. Three brothers and three sisters preceded her in death. Burial in Glenwood Cemetery.
