Louie Vernon Ables, 50, of Hampton, died May 18, 1964 in the Hampton Clinic after being stricken while at work on his farm.

He was born June 16, 1913 and was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

Mr. Ables is survived by four sons; John Edward Ables, Earl Ables, Murl Ables, Jerry Dale Ables; three daughters, Mrs. Charles H. Williams, Mrs. James Dorey, Mrs. Bill Warrick; four sisters, Mrs. Lester Wooten, Mrs. Sidney Reynolds and Mrs. William Wisinger, Mrs. Alvin Leopard; and nine grandchildren.

The funeral services were held Wednesday at Hampton Assembly of God Church. The burial services were held in the Camp Ground Cemetery.
