Judson N. Howard, aged 70 years, died at his home on Court street yesterday afternoon about 1 o'clock. The immediate cause of his death was Bright's disease and bronchial consumption. He was born in this city and had always been a resident of this city except for a short period. He is survived by a widow and one son, Harry L. Howard of Springfield, Mass., and one sister, Mrs. J. DeForrest Brackett of Kansas City, Mo.
