Herman Calvert Zethraeus, 71, a retired accountant who lived at 412 1/2 North Clinton, died Saturday in a Dallas hospital. Born and educated in Paris, he had lived for a time in Oklahoma but had made his home in Dallas for the last twenty-five years.

Surviving are his brother, Irl C. Zethraeus, and a sister, Mrs. A. M. Pippin, both of Dallas. Zethraeus was a member of the Presbyterian Chruch.

Dr. Jasper Manton will conduct funeral services at 11:30 a. m. Monday in Dudley M. Hughes Funeral Chapel, 400 East Jefferson. Burial will be in the old Oak Cliff Cemetery.
